The dentist then shaves her head, drills into her skull and, with a straw, sucks her brains out and eats them.

This controversial movie is filled with sadism, torture, degradation, etc. However, the cheap FX and campy, sometimes comical tone make the movie less shocking. The dentist scene, though, is disturbing. The film as a whole is not for people easily offended -- only for those who like B-movie schlock and can take gore/torture.
