The only nudity is a couple breasts

There is a brief scene of a woman's breasts. Sex is always a running theme in this movie.There is one part in the movie with a stripper who only has a thong on. A man attacks a waitress and we see one of her boobs. There is a sex scene in the movie but nothing is shown except the characters heads. After the sex scene we see breasts again. In the movie there is a cat fight where multiple girls shirts get ripped off exposing their breasts. After this there is one last quick scene where a blonde girl walks out of her bedroom with her shirt open and we see her breasts.

In the movie, multiple people are shot. A man's head is blasted off with a shotgun. Another man is shot while in a swimming pool, resulting in bloody red water. A man is run over with a car while standing on the front porch of a house. A man is stabbed in the neck with a shiv over and over. A woman is punched in the face.A man is bound by a rope and dragged behind a car until he is dead. A woman fights with several other women. A woman's hands are slashed by razor blades. A man and woman are brutally beaten by thugs. A man is shot between the legs with a shotgun. Various people are threatened with sharp blades and broken glass.

A character shoots drugs in the film. One of the main characters is a drug dealer who deals heroin. At one point, thugs inject Coffy with what they think is heroin but is really just sugar.

Coffy is threatened in numerous scenes by people who would like to kill her. She infiltrates the criminal underworld and is always on the verge of discovery, leading to a number of very tense situations. The violent confrontations usually end with a murder.
