The film's main character, a witch inhabiting the body of a child, is quite visually unattractive with prominently balding hair, black eyes, a crooked mouth, pallid skin and facial hair. In one scene, this character skitters down a brick wall head-first in a supernatural manner. This may frighten younger viewers.

The vulgar language and sexual behaviour of a child may disturb some viewers.
