Lots of full frontal female and male nudity. The main character is a female leader of a Nazi prison camp who is looking for a man that is able to sexually satisfy her. If a man she sleeps with isn't up to par she castrates them.

Many people are shot and sexually tortured with bloody results. Since its a low budget 70's exploitation film the blood and gore look extremely fake.
