Polecat/vampire falls after Orlik drags a ladder out from under his feet. The character appears to be unharmed by this.

Orlik is tortured for disobeying Polecat in a number of scenes; in one scene, he is shackled to a fountain in the town square. In another scene, he is tied down to a stake and left in the middle of a waterfall. In both scenes, he is rescued by Valerie.

A man comes at another man, wielding a sharp knife and attempting to stab him.

An elderly woman is whipped repeatedly, which greatly upsets another character who is made to witness it.

Blood is seen dripping onto flowers.

A number of scenes of animal violence/death: A live fish is grabbed and passed around by multiple girls. A weasel (Polecat) skin is nailed to a wall. A gutted pig roasts on a spit and has chunks of skin removed to be eaten. A number of deceased chickens are seen in various moments. Valerie bites a live chicken and gives the blood to Polecat. Most of this is not particularly gory.

Elements of vampirism; multiple people are seen in coffins, some with blood on their hands and cobwebs surrounding them. Many of these characters have ugly, yellow teeth and attempt to bite other characters. One man drinks the blood of multiple live chickens.

There are a number of trippy, confusing sexual scenes, particularly towards the end of the film, which can be disturbing.

Some of the imagery is gruesome and visually unappealing, in particular some characters with extremely pallid skin and sharp teeth, and one character wearing a bizarre animal mask. This may frighten some viewers.
