No sex or nudity whatsoever. In a scene, a woman is sleeping on a bed. A man awakens her and they talk for a bit before kissing. They are then interrupted.

The vampire is chased by cops and authorities throughout the film. He throws a person out of the window to his death in the street below. There are some hand-to-hand combat and a scene in which the vampire beats a woman unconscious before drinking her blood offscreen.

The vampire ties a woman down and keeps her captive, draining blood from her arm via a tube, using her as a private "blood bank."

Kolchak pounds a wooden stake through the vampire's heart at the end. There is little to no blood, but the scene is very intense.
