In Broad Daylight (1971)

A man who recently lost his sight gets out of the hospital and plots to kill his unfaithful wife. He starts by pretending to be despondent over being blind. And he learns how to go around on his own. Eventually he masters it and he sets out to kill his wife and frame her lover. He kills her but leaves behind something that could implicate him. The police investigate but the one investigating doesn't think it was the lover and suspects him and tries to prove it.
