A woman is assaulted inside a supply room of a hospital. Her attacker tapes her mouth before ripping her hospital gown off to expose her breasts. She is slowly forced down to the floor where she is seen only from the head to her upper body. Her traumatized expression strongly implies rape committed off-screen. She is later found and confirms the incident to police.

A police officer visits a strip club to interview a dancer about a suspect in his investigation. There are several glimpses of the main stage where dancers are seen fully nude as they perform. The police officer speaks with one of the dancers backstage as she undresses; frontal nudity is visible.

A woman is assaulted by the same reported serial rapist. Forced to drive into the woods, she is then pulled into the backseat of her car where her attacker rips her dress open, exposing her breasts before raping her. Unlike the first victim, she is able to scream and resist until her attacker stops momentarily. She then manages to escape while he's distracted and runs off down a road. While fleeing, she is mostly exposed.

A police officer visits the family of the rapist and discovers a shed in the backyard where inside the rapist kept nude poster-sized photos of his wife on the interior walls. The cop also discovers a film reel of the rapist's wife in full nudity posing erotically.

The rapist returns home after a special release granted as part of his deal in cooperating with police in their search for the bomber. He returns to his shed where he proceeds to watch his film recording of his fully-nude wife. Non-graphic masturbation, but it's strongly implied the rapist is aroused by the footage.

The Mad Bomber stops a man on the street for littering on the sidewalk and demands he pick up his trash. Although non-violent, this showcases the bomber's mental instability as well as his physical strength as he holds the man off his feet until he agrees to pick up his trash. The man hustles down the sidewalk quite shaken by the encounter.

A bomb explodes inside a school. Several dead students are found inside covered in blood and riddled with glass and shrapnel.

2 women are raped on 2 separate occasions. The second incident may be more intense than the first.

A cop punches a man attempting to assault a woman on the street. The cop punches the man repeatedly in the face to the point his mouth is bloody and he's unconscious. The woman witness appears somewhat disturbed by the police violence.

There are several instances in which The Mad Bomber experiences psychotic episodes including confronting a man over littering; arguing with a grocery store cashier over an item price, confronting a car driver while he was in a crosswalk and later confronting cops on the street over what he feels is police harassment. These instances are non-violent, but they offer the audience a first-hand glimpse into his on-going mental collapse, fueling his motivation to kill.

A man walking late in the evening is stopped by two muggers. He brutally beats down one mugger causing the other to run for his life.

A rape victim commits suicide by jumping off a building roof. It's a non-bloody, off-screen fall.

A rape victim is strangled to death by her attacker.

A police officer threatens a man; holding a gun to his head.
