Heart Land (2018)

Jim, a rough hewn Casanova, spends his nights prowling the streets of LA's Echo Park, and his days chain smoking on the porch. When a would-be conquest isn't who she says she is, Jim's tenuous existence suddenly becomes more complex. As he struggles to hang onto his territory and his bad habits, he must make a choice: to confront the situation head on, or to escape before it's too late.
