The Pyramid Of The Sun (2018)

Jan, a photographer-to-be, persuades his girlfriend Nora to join him to an expedition into the so called "Valley of the Bosnian Pyramids" where he would like to document the excavation of the allegedly oldest and largest pyramids of the world. Jan is excited about the unbelievable discovery and convinced of a paradigm shift in the history of mankind. What if our civilisation was not the first highly sophisticated technological culture on this planet? Nora, however, is sceptical about the venture. Her analytical sight of a psychologist-to-be jars with theories of extraordinary vibrations and energies in the vicinity of the pyramids. The oppositional perceptions of the situation plunge their relationship into a crisis. A battle of world views arises, and the constellation of the liaison constitutes an analogy to the relationship between science, alternative science and esotericism. But then, Nora discovers a mysterious tunnel and has vivid visions, and that changes her sceptical attitude. Her sudden change of consciousness makes Jan somewhat nervous. His conviction is put to the test when Nora decides to fathom the mystery around the Valley of Pyramids. The actors and the whole team were exposed to a real situation nearby Sarajevo. We integrated the actors in the groups of volunteers and tourists. The story should not be imposed on the place, but come from it.
