The Other Side of the Cage (2018)

The city of Westbay has just suffered enormous damage from a battle between The Commodore, a well-known superhero, and a supervillain known only as Ivan Ghoul. Newscasters interview Captain Elaine Harris, a Westbay police officer who specializes in hunting and containing supervillains, as the authorities take a defeated Ghoul into a prison van. Three hours later, the Commodore meets Harris at a secret prison facility. Ghoul, who's just been installed in his solitary confinement cell, has asked to talk with the Commodore.
