Neon Wedding (2007)

High school sweethearts, Suzanne and Matthew arrive in New York City with their closest friends by their side. The plan is to marry under the neon lights, escaping the traditional Southern wedding their mothers' have planned for them. Last minute preparations take a toll on everyone, and a health issue that Suzanne and Courtney have been concealing comes out into the open. Is love strong enough to survive the Big Apple?
