Welcome at Wayville (1954)

A film of the school children's display at the Wayville Showgrounds, Adelaide, during the 1954 Royal Visit of Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh. Included is footage of the Royal couple, the Royal parade, tableaux, calisthemnics and mass choreography. Also includes the Minister of Education, Mr Baden Paterson and his wife, the Director of Education, Col. M. Jones and his wife.
