Obese people may look alike on the outside but the cause for gaining weight are all different. The reasons can be diverse from subconsciously being hungry in the past, discrepancy between ideal and reality, to complex society, despair felt in life, depression, uncertainty, sense of inferiority, rage, shame, feeling of isolation, emptiness felt inside, sense of guilt, desire or emotion unsatisfied, or stress connected to hurtful experience. People gain weight because they eat excessively from various inner reasons. Therefore, simply cutting back on food regardless of these inner reasons lead to failure of dieting and repetition of yo-yo effect. The movie offers a dieting method that asks what exactly the inner issue is to diagnose yourself and find a dieting method that automatically allows you to lose weight.
