Tapferkeit (2017)

During the North African campaign of WWII, a German Afrikakorps sniper and U.S. Combat engineer are the sole survivors of an intense battle. They must reluctantly join forces to escape a band of marauding desert nomads and struggle to survive the unforgiving desolation of the Sahara desert. During this crucible of fire, the German expresses his regret of following his leaders as they took their freedoms and led his countrymen down the path to their destruction. He soon realizes who the true enemy is.
