Santa Monica Cares Bread and Roses Cafe (2014)

The short segment features the Bread and Roses Cafe where the homeless are provided gourmet meals three times at day. Chopped winner Chef Derek brings his culinary skills to the cafe and helps to train previously homeless individuals in the art.
