When African American LAPD Officer Grey loses everything, he'll stop at nothing to get it back. Racism, conspiracy, and corruption culminate in a whirlwind of murder, mayhem and madness. Damien Grey is a patriotic American. While enlisted, he falls in love. After a decorated decade of military service, he retires as a Lieutenant and finds his calling as an officer with the LAPD. Finishing atop his class, the transition from soldier to public servant is flawless. Everything is perfect until July 28, 2007. Damien witnesses his female partner abuse a suspect and despite many warnings, he reports the incident, breaking an unwritten police code - "Never cross the Blue Line". This violation of The Shield inevitably results in his termination, and the ensuing hearings. The corruption is insurmountable. The truth, the lies, the conspiracy - the idea of losing everything consumes him. Damien's obsession for the truth isolates him from everyone he's ever loved and pushes him over the edge. As the scale of injustice tilts, the Blue Line holds firm. With his demise imminent, Damien vows to avenge his name and begins plotting his revenge. An eye for an eye.
