A character gropes the clothed groin of another to check if he is sexually aroused.

A woman is shot in the head just offscreen and blood sprays on a wall. We then see her body on the floor, and the entry wound to her forehead.

Scenes of surgery, including the removal of a brain from a man who has just been murdered. Open body cavities, blood, peeled-back skin, stitching, injections. Fist fight, shootings, two women are killed by a character who is aroused by them but rejected.

Fuck and shit are both used.

Various drugs are used to keep a character alive after major surgery, in tablet form and via injections. White powder is sniffed. Some characters smoke tobacco and / or drink whisky, brandy.

Characters experience peril, sudden injury / death, and threat.
