The Scavenger (2017)

A battle-hardened scavenger fights for water to survive in a post-apocalyptic desert. His world is turned upside down when his water supply is stolen by a little girl who outsmarts him at every turn. Along the way, he must overcome a gunshot wound, torturous terrain, and a greedy hijacker.
