Tot oder Lebendig (2015)

While hunting, a beautiful Apache woman is caught between the warring sides of the American Civil War. She only escapes a cruel attack by ruthless soldiers thanks to a principled General in the Confederate army. When the General's adjutant is seriously wounded shortly thereafter, the Apache woman is able to save him with the venom of a sacred snake. However, in the process he is horribly disfigured and mutates into a barbaric killer. Will the noble sheriff be able to put an end to his trail of corpses?
