Down and Out in the QZ (2017)

In a grim city run by an evil corporate bureaucracy, the only way Quincy can keep his housing scrip is to get weird wanderer Hubert to fill out his paperwork. But Hubert is heading for the Quarantine Zone, full of gun towers and patrol squads, on a mad mission to leave this nasty world for a stranger one.
