A man who's cooking rips the jaw of a skull open and tears the tongue out, just to tease his wife.

A man gets mean after drinking and punches a few women

A man kills several women.

Several infrequent uses of very strong language include c*nt, motherf*cker and f*ck.

The majority of the characters are alcoholics who consume hard liquor like it was water. Permanent intoxication. Many of the scenes take place in the bar "Der goldene Handschuhe" where everyone is drinking to excess.

Cigarette smoking is ubiquitous.

An older man stands behind a boy in the men's room, and pisses on him.

The movie is very disturbing and disgusting at the same time
