Happy the Nighthare (2012)

Arthur Slane's cartoons are too family friendly for the local newspaper, so he creates an evil version of his favorite toon rabbit "Happy". Down the hall, his bizarre neighbor attempts to summon a demon but accidentally brings the evil "Happy" to life. Now Arthur must survive a night filled with wacky horror all while trying to win the affections of the girl next door.
