The Year of the Haunted House (2017)

It's October. 11-year-old Jake and his friends spend all of their waking hours in his basement working on a haunted house. But this year they have a secret weapon: Jake's engineer dad who is working through grief. From full-size guillotines to animatronic snakes, they soon end up with a spectacularly morbid masterpiece of a haunted house.
