Based on the disappearance of 9-year-old Catherine Winters from the streets of New Castle, IN, on March 20, 1913. The film explores several of the theories about her mysterious disappearance: Kidnapped by Gypsies? Abducted by a stranger? Murdered by her father, stepmother or a boarder in their home?
