On November 22, 2014, at 3:30 pm in Cleveland, Ohio the afternoon was just getting started for a 12-year-old Tamir Rice and his friends when Tamir was gunned down by a Cleveland police officer underneath a gazebo located in the picnic area of the Cudell Recreation Center.
