The Cheater (2016)

George drives his son, Mark, home from Catholic school. Previously, Mark's teacher advises to George that Mark had drawn strange images in class. George continues to question Mark, but he ignores George and runs to his room. George mentions this strange behavior to Lexi, George's wife who believes that it means nothing. The next day at work, he gets a call from the senior living community that grandma passed away. On the same day, George wants to check on Mark to see if he is okay, but he overhears him say, "rest in peace dad". George becomes frightened and tries to figure out a way to avoid his death. The next day, he stays at work until midnight. Once it is midnight, nothing happens and he begins to drive home. He goes to bed and wakes up the next morning by Lexi crying over the phone. she finds out that Scott, George's best friend, died last night in a car accident. The father is furious when he realizes that Scott is the father.
