Small Infractions is a new wave silent film. This film takes a humorous look at a man who is a stickler for the rules in which he has the authority to enforce but isn't so attentive to other traditional rules. Miles has a job that gives him a small amount of power which he happily wields and does so unmercifully. This may be the day the mirror is held to his face.
