In a place where God's eyes were the only witnesses. Angel a ten year old lives with his pregnant mother, stepfather and grandfather, alone and surrounded by pigs. Angel's misbehavior at school, his grandfather prostrate in a chair, the hard work of her husband and advanced state of pregnancy make the mother of Angel not see what happens under the vault of her own sky.
