It asks the viewer to follow a child's memory of the boyhood spots around North Main Street, and the Shell Oil Corporation, down to O'Connell's Boatyard, in Fall River, Massachusetts. These images are a collection of visual movements to remember the joys of a best friend loss to the HIV /AIDS crisis. It ends with this statement: "these are the things that shape our days" . Glimpses of an empty riverside beach, the boatyard - minus people, the swing set moving through the air with no one, the apple tree ready for picking, of course the hand writing the words in a journal, collectively form an emotional outreach. This allowed gay men, with their LGBTQ community, and the National Community, to grieve together as one.
