Ever After (2018)

A young woman is seen entering a shower and sitting in a bathtub. Only her bare shoulders are visible. Her long hair covers her chest.

A young woman who seems very distressed sits in a bathtub. She picks up a piece of jagged glass and presumably begins cutting her wrist. This happens offscreen, we do not see her wrist being cut. You see looks of pain on her face and then a shot of the bathtub water filling with blood.

Several flashback scenes of zombies wildly attacking the people in a town. People are running, screaming, and trying to flee. The zombies are very aggressive and fast-moving, growling ferociously. Quick flashes of people being attacked, blood splattering, etc.
