Days 'Til Death (2017)

Tom, a divorced and lonesome man counting his days whilst in his final stage of cancer, has a run-in with Death, depicted as a 12-year-old, happy-go-lucky girl, who challenges Tom to make amends with his ex-wife in exchange for more time on Earth.
