A black box theater in NYC.A week before the premiere, an actor accepts to replace the main character in an avant garde play. She's been trying hard to make sense of the part and deal with the Director's ego. A 'making of' style movie about the famous NewYork Off-Off Broadway scene. Loosely based on a true story.
