Lemmings no natsu (2017)

The setting is the town of Toride in Ibaraki Prefecture. There is an urban legend among the school children that a 'scissors man' is cutting children. A group of grade eight students and friends named The Lemmings decides to finally put a plan into action. It involves the students, the police and the town's mayor.
