A folk band goes on a nature retreat to get away from the city's distractions and write their new album. They want to create a new, visceral sound. But as the band starts experimenting, their lead singer becomes increasingly intense, stopping at nothing in the pursuit of artistic greatness. When band members get uncomfortable, the question becomes, is he genius or insane?
