Chad takes the garbage out and much to his surprise runs into David, renowned hustler of his hard Venice neighborhood. As David aggressively attempts to upsell Chad on the goods he can provide, Chad must make a decision that will forever draw a line in the beachy sand. Will he give in to David's tactics? Or will Chad take a stand the only way he knows how- with brutal honesty.
