The Bells (2008)

Mathias is a prosperous innkeeper and the Mayor of a small town, but his prosperity has been based on a terrible crime. Twenty years ago he committed the robbery and murder of a merchant, and he has been tormented ever since by the pangs of his guilty conscience.
