Mr. Cromwell (2017)

Oz Löwengard feels that one of the movies he produced is going to flop, so he wants to give it a boost by bribing film critic Mr. Cromwell to write a positive review. So he hires a number of uncontrollable teenage thugs as bribe brokers.
