Two seemingly young sisters are cursed to discard their old skin every three years and acquire new ones at the cost of others. As Autumn comes home on college break, Edie sets a party in motion where two guests will become the next victims. Autumn can no longer take part in the darkness laid forth by her family and decides to end it all that night. Unfortunately, a malevolent acquaintance has other plans.
