The Ghost of the Phoenix (2017)

Detective Neely is a hard boiled detective who believes in what she can physically see and prove. She is not one for games and when confronted with the idea of a serial killer with a special ability. Her pessimism keeps her for seeing the truth but the Phoenix actions aren't so easily ignored.
