Since Kevin's eyes were wounded during the war, his life become dark and desperate. One day he was sitting in the community center, a women passed by. "I smelled it on her, this indescribable scent: Warm, elegant, and calming. It was comforting - hypnotic - brought on some intangible feeling. I was lifted from my fear, and somehow, things felt like the way they used to be." After he regained his eyesight, he decided to find her.
