House Warning (2017)

A first time college student rents a house in Superior, Wisconsin. However when she learns of the dark history of the house, the trauma of her own comes racing back. As the tragedies collide, the lines of reality begin to blur. This is the 4th and final student film by writer/director Brandon Cole.
