Eye of the Beholder (2002)

In order for his daughter to be guaranteed to win a beauty contest, a wealthy father arranges for the other three finalists to be abducted, whisked to an abandoned building and then gagged and inescapably hogtied. In the other story, two lovely debutantes are kidnapped while competing in a beauty contest and held for ransom, until the shapely kidnapper is double-crossed and joins the other women in bondage.
