Deep Cover (2002)

Rival intelligence agencies pursue a young woman with information that could blow a top secret covert operation. An enemy agent manages to locate her first and capture her and several female agents guarding her. The women who are kept securely bound and gagged when not subjected to interrogation and gradually have most of their clothing removed as well.
