South of the Border 4: Atrocities (2000)

A pretty young lawyer, sent to assist three American women imprisoned in a Mexican jail on trumped up charges, is arrested when cocaine is planted in her briefcase. After an unsuccessful escape attempt, the woman is stripped naked, bound, gagged and tortured by the local police, while her three clients undergo similar treatment.
