On a hot summer day, Hélène is accompanied by her sister Brigitte in order to prepare her two children for her departure from the family unit. As Jason, Hélène's husband, is back from work, the family gather's at the table for dinner with a lot of tension. This fragile situation is on the verge of bursting out. Determined, Helene courageously leaves her husband and children in order to overcome and escape this exacerbated life.
