Under the Influence (2016)

Dr. Jacobs has been saving lives for a long time - and now his wife Karen is trying to save his by confronting him about his drinking habits. During the argument, flashbacks show the doctor drinking on the job and having to save the life of a drunk driver that has been badly wounded in a car accident. The doctor, however, has no idea how close to home the accident was.
