My Sister (2017)

Jeny is an autistic little girl with the ability to read other people minds, a skill used by Carolina, her sister, who works as a prostitute, to get money blackmailing her clients. However, after Tom, a violent man and one of Carolina's clients, tries to get advantage of them, both sisters will fight to protect each other.
