Dirty Mike and Papa are two buddy cops who are on the case to catch the criminal Crazy Eyes, known for snapping everyone's freaking necks. As the case progresses, clues arise and stakes are raised as the clock ticks down to a pivotal confrontation with Papa and Dirty Mike's past.
