At once alluring and hypnotic, "Up Down", written by first-time director Angela Luna, features a film-noir take on a unique day in the life of hop-hope artist Klokwize. Woven throughout are images of our current political climate and culture of addiction, asking the viewer to examine their own views on crime and punishment.
